1. प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी की भूमिका (Role of Placement Agency)

कंपनी एक प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के रूप में उम्मीदवारों और नियोक्ताओं (Clients) के बीच समन्वयक की भूमिका निभाती है। कंपनी नियुक्ति का अंतिम निर्णय नहीं लेती, बल्कि उपयुक्त उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध कराती है। (The company acts as a placement agency and facilitator between candidates and employers (clients). Final hiring decisions rest solely with the client.)

2. उम्मीदवार पंजीकरण नीति (Candidate Registration Policy)

• उम्मीदवार का पंजीकरण स्वैच्छिक होगा (Candidate registration shall be voluntary.)

• सभी शैक्षणिक एवं पहचान दस्तावेज़ देना अनिवार्य है (Submission of educational and identity documents is mandatory.)

• गलत जानकारी देने पर पंजीकरण रद्द किया जा सकता है (Registration may be cancelled if false information is provided.)

3. प्लेसमेंट शुल्क नीति (Placement Fees Policy)

• कंपनी सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार शुल्क लेती है (यदि लागू हो) Fees shall be charged strictly as per applicable laws (if any)

• अवैध या जबरन शुल्क वसूलना निषिद्ध है (Illegal or forced fee collection is prohibited.)

• शुल्क की रसीद प्रदान की जाएगी (Proper receipt shall be issued for any fee collected.)

4. क्लाइंट सेवा नीति (Client Service Policy)

• क्लाइंट की आवश्यकता अनुसार उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध कराए जाएँगे (Candidates shall be provided as per client requirements.)

• सेवा शर्तें लिखित समझौते पर आधारित होंगी (Services shall be governed by a written agreement.)

• गोपनीयता बनाए रखना अनिवार्य है (Confidentiality of client information is mandatory.)

5. जॉब ऑफर एवं इंटरव्यू नीति (Job Offer & Interview Policy)

• इंटरव्यू की सूचना उम्मीदवार को समय पर दी जाएगी (Interview details shall be communicated in advance

• ऑफर लेटर जारी करना क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारी होगी (Issuance of offer letter is the responsibility of the client.)

• कंपनी किसी भी फर्जी ऑफर से स्वयं को अलग रखती है (The company does not engage in fake or misleading job offers.)

6. डेटा गोपनीयता नीति (Data Privacy Policy)

• उम्मीदवार एवं क्लाइंट का डेटा सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा (Candidate and client data shall be kept secure.)

• बिना अनुमति किसी तीसरे पक्ष को डेटा साझा नहीं किया जाएगा (Data shall not be shared with any third party without consent.)

7. गैर-गारंटी नीति (No Job Guarantee Policy)

कंपनी नौकरी की गारंटी नहीं देती। प्लेसमेंट बाजार की उपलब्धता, उम्मीदवार की योग्यता एवं क्लाइंट के निर्णय पर निर्भर करता है।

The company does not guarantee employment. Placement depends on market availability, candidate suitability, and client decision.

8. नैतिक भर्ती नीति (Ethical Recruitment Policy)

• फर्जी वादे एवं भ्रामक विज्ञापन निषिद्ध हैं  (Fake promises and misleading advertisements are prohibited.)

• सभी प्रक्रियाएँ पारदर्शी होंगी ( All recruitment processes shall be transparent. )

9. शिकायत एवं विवाद नीति (Complaint & Dispute Policy)

• उम्मीदवार एवं क्लाइंट लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं  ( Candidates and clients may submit complaints in writing. )

• विवादों का समाधान आपसी सहमति से किया जाएगा  ( Disputes shall be resolved amicably. )

10. दायित्व सीमा नीति (Limitation of Liability)

कंपनी नियुक्ति के बाद कर्मचारी के प्रदर्शन, आचरण या सेवा समाप्ति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी। (The company shall not be liable for employee performance, conduct, or termination after placement.)

11. कानूनी अनुपालन (Legal Compliance)

कंपनी सभी लागू श्रम कानूनों एवं राज्य/केंद्र सरकार के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करेगी।
(The company shall comply with all applicable labour laws and government regulations.)

12. संशोधन अधिकार (Right to Amend)

कंपनी को इन नीतियों में आवश्यकतानुसार संशोधन का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
